Wasambo Water Project​

In 2019, three members of the Rotary Club of LaSalle Centennial went to Malawi, Africa after learning about a remote community in the region of Chilumba from a local Windsor resident who had lived and worked there.

Crystal Drops of Life was started in 2006 by the Rotary Club of LaSalle Centennial, led by Rajbir (Roger) Mann.

Adding a “purpose” to a vacation!

Inspired by Michelle Fitzgerald, a member of the Rotary Club of LaSalle Centennial and avid cruiser, we embarked on an 8 night eastern Caribbean cruise.

In July 2019, four members of the Rotary Club of LaSalle Centennial traveled to Malawi. One of the objectives of this trip was to support young girls in Malawi by providing sanitary pads and education about personal hygiene.

Sports Equipment for 
Malawi Refugee Camp

In 2021, our International Committee donated funds to purchase sports equipment for the Dzalika refugee camp in Malawi, Africa. With these funds they were able to purchase 

2 footballs, 2 netballs, 1 volleyball, 1 set of 50 drill cones, and 1 ball pump. The smiles on the faces of these youths shows how happy and grateful they are for this gift!
